CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
For who?
- Non-Belgians over 18 years
- Be in possession of a residency permit valid for over three months
- Appear on the aliens’ register of one of the 19 communes in Brussels
- Be staying legally in Belgium for less than 3 years
